Shred 10 is the program within our healthy living revolution that kick starts a healthy lifestyle over 10 days. The focus is to shred your bad habits, reset your cravings and create a catalyst to healthy lifestyle.

Because we can do anything for 10 days. Focus for 10 days and then transition into our healthy living rules and one simple change for the next 4 months.

Here are the guidelines you will strictly follow for 10 days:

The shred 10 program is offered monthly. You can participate every month or jump on when you feel you need a little kick start.
