4 ounces unsweetened chocolate melted with 1 Tablespoon coconut oil

1 avocado

1/4 cup unsalted almond butter

1/2 cup raw honey

3 eggs

1/4 cup raw cacao powder

1 TBSP. Vanilla Extract

1 TBSP Almond Flour

1 tsp. baking powder

1/4 tsp. sea salt



Preheat oven to 350 F

Puree avocado flesh in a food processor make sure there are no lumps. Beat all remaining ingredients together with the avacod0 using an electric mixer until light and fluffy (about 3 minutes.)

Pour ingredients into a 7×11 greased pan. (use coconut oil to grease)

Bake at 350 F for 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean

Tip: these brownies taste even more amazing if you keep in the fridge for one day.
