Live Active

The Live Active pillar is based on staying active throughout life. Maintaining your independence by staying active is an important key to happiness as we age. Think about people you know who are 5, 10, 20 years older than you. Who would you like to be like? The active person enjoying life? Or the one with more limitations? You must keep your body moving on a regular basis, as well as maintain strength, flexibility and cardiovascular health, to sustain a happy life.

The three areas we focus on are:

  • Strength
  • Cardiovascular health
  • Flexibility

These are the foundations to being active for a lifetime. The level you choose is up to you and will change throughout your life, but the key is to move!
