Raspberry Banana Chia Seed Protein Blast

A healthy and delicious smoothie as a meal or a snack


2 cups plain yogurt
2 cups frozen raspberries
2 bananas
4 tsp. Chia Seeds

Optional: add ice cubes if you prefer your smoothies colder


Scoop yogurt into the blender first for easier pureeing. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
