Happy Thanks giving everyone. I trust you have all had a wonderful weekend creating your unique Covid safe Thanksgiving weekend. 2020 has been challenging on many levels but regardless of the challenges it has created there is always something to be grateful for.

Thanks Giving weekend is a special time to focus on the things we are thankful for but don’t let the thanks and gratitude end there. Gratitude is a key element to raising our happiness and we can train our brains daily simply by writing down 3-5 things you are grateful for. When we do this exercise it creates new pathways in our brains to help us recognize and notice the things that make us happy without us even knowing.

Make a commitment today to write down what you are thankful for every day for the next 30 days and create a new habit that will shift your state of mind to happy. Here is a short video that explains it perfectly.
